LeafSide is amazing I absolutely love them! I haven't had one that I didn't enjoy.
Being whole food plant-based, it was nearly impossible to find good quality food with no oil or sugars.
Thank you so so much LeafSide, I am so gratefuly for how easy, fresh, and delicious the meals are! Working in healthcare doesn't leave me with a lot of time to take care of myself and this has really helped me. I also can't believe it's Dr. Greger approved, I'm a huge supporter.

I love LeafSide! I read Dr. Pai's book "Inflammation Nation" and decided to lower my inflammation by becoming vegan.
I am a terrible cook, hate the organizing and shopping and cooking and clean-up. My sister follows Dr. Greger and other vegetarian/vegan food aficionados online and sent me an email about LeafSide. I immediately connected to the quality claims. I am so pleased!
I use some of the meals as a topping on beans or rice or potatoes or bean noodles, then top it with Foragers sour cream, and voila - I have perfect meals! 😋
I couldn't be happier. One package easily makes 2 big meals. I know I'll find even more ways to dress it up, and it's healthy and has such a nutritious variety of foods. Thank you, thank you, LeafSide! I thank my sister all the time for sending it to me. 🙏

I'm so in love with these meals. I get the benefits of the daily dozen with the convenience of fast food. The fact that they taste great made me order twice in one week!

I received my first LeafSide box last month! I ordered all the savory meals. The Lentil Tomato Pasta Savory-Bowl is fantastic! So far, I've been adding sautéed greens like spinach or kale to the lentil pasta, which stretches it to two meals. I love my greens!
For the Creamy Forest Mushroom Savory-Bowl, I sauté greens and mushrooms as a base and add the meal on top, which also stretches it to two meals! Maybe I'm a weirdo, but I love to have greens as the base of my meals, and LeafSide meals go perfectly over them.
They add all the stuff that I just don't have the time to cook or buy all those ingredients for 😊

My favorites are the Apple Cinnamon Crunch Sweet-Bowl and the Thai Veggie Noodle Savory-Bowl. It feels great to eat healthily! So easy for a busy working mom—delicious and filling. I get four breakfasts out of one Sweet-Bowl and at least two dinners from a Savory-Bowl. My sister loves the Golden Garlic Bean Soup and Sweet Potato Dal Soup, and mom loves the ACC too. Thanks, LeafSide, for making me a healthier human! 😋🍃
