Love love love LeafSide! 💖 I was tickled to open my first box and see that the meals were indeed real food. I ordered the meals I thought I would like and so far I am loving them.
I eat WFPB, but struggle because my family still wants omni meals. I was cooking so much that I was getting burned out and started eating vegan junk food. I could tell I was putting on weight.
Now, I am so thankful for these meals and the way they give me my Daily Dozen on days when I don't want to cook. Since going WFPB, my fibromyalgia and trigeminal neuralgia have gone into remission, I have zero chronic pain so the lifestyle is very important to maintain! ✅
The LeafSide products help by giving me variety and convenience. I can eat the meal itself or add to it and stretch the meal. I stretch the Broccoli Cashew Alfredo Savory-Bowl with more vegetables and whole grain pasta because I love it so much that I want to eat it for lunch and dinner! If you are debating whether to order or not, I would say go for it!

A few weeks in and I just made a second order!
Really enjoying the convenience of these meals, and I’ve lost a couple of pounds. Very cost-effective compared to what I was losing throwing away produce I never had time or energy to cook.
This is the ONLY meal-delivery system I have found that is not only plant-based but makes SOS-free meals as well. Hope you continue to expand your offerings and wish you great success!

I work as a truck driver. Most of the food available to me is fried. I had been looking for a way to eat more healthy meals and LeafSide may have saved my life.
I love these meals! I have a busy schedule and these meals not only give me the nutrition I need as a plant based athlete, but also free up a lot of time in meal prep. I am an ultra distance cyclist and I have a huge race in June 2020 called the Race Across the West. It is a 930 mile race with a 3-1/2 day time limit. It starts in Oceanside CA, through Arizona, Utah and finishing in Durango, CO. It is one of the toughest ultra races in the world.
I am using the race as a fundraiser for Feeding America and to use it to bring awareness of proper nutrition through whole food plant based diet. I am a two-time cancer survivor and was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis about 7 years ago. At the time of my RA diagnosis, I ate a lot of fast food, and processed food.
It was taking a lot of medications to control inflammation and other chronic medical conditions. I transitioned to a whole food plant based diet 6 years ago and my whole life has changed! I am completely off all medications and now doing ultra distance cycling races of 400 plus miles.
One of the things I love so much about LeafSide meals is that I can take them with me on the road and use them to fuel me before, during and after the races when I am not at home. I am insured that I will have good 100 percent plant-based meals when I travel. I love your meals!!!

LeafSide is marvellous! I try to follow Greger's Daily Dozen, and this makes it much easier. Healthy, plant-based, convenient, inexpensive, and no wasting of food, they transport well, simple to make. The staff at LeafSide is wonderful as well. My favorites are the 🫐🍓 Berry Medley Sweet-Bowl and Tex-Mex Savory-Bowl. Yummmm!
