I look at the ingredients listed on the pack and add to it so it's enough for the family! For example, today, we had the Madras Curry Savory-Bowl. I added a can of chickpeas (garbanzos), and served it over brown rice with raisins and cashews sprinkled on top. Delicious!

I fixed my Mint Chip Smoothie in the blender, then put it in my Ninja CREAMi container to freeze. It made wonderful nice cream 🍧 I imagine all the smoothies would work well in the Ninja CREAMi container blended and frozen.

The Tex-Mex Savory-Bowl is delicious! I eat it over low-carb toast but it would be good with rice or a baked sweet potato too!
