I am new to WFPB eating and LeafSide is helping make it a reality for me. I have six kids and work full time. I LOVE these. 💃

The Berry Medley Sweet-Bowl is my favorite. I will use it to make two breakfasts. The Mint Chip Smoothie I eat as one meal. It is so great to have the convenience of these to help sustain a commitment to WFPB eating.

I had my first week of LeafSide (recommended by my sister). I have made four of the "Meal-Mod" recipes so far. The Twisted Lime Soup, the Wild Berry Smoothie Bowl, the Spiced Pumpkin Pie Smoothie, and Drizzled Balsamic Stuffed Portabellos. Each meal makes so much food this way! My family eats some as well, and there are still leftovers; no one goes hungry! Such a great way to start a plant-based diet.

I have been eating an exclusively Whole Plant 🌱 Based diet since February 2019 after being diagnosed with borderline stage 4 kidney disease!

A good friend suggested I read "How Not To Die" by Dr Greger and I am now at borderline Stage 2! (My nephrologist was stunned at the reversal of my disease and continues to be so!).

My LDH cholesterol has decreased 110 points. I feel great!

LeafSide is great. It's actually helped me satisfy cravings when I'm in that grab and go mode. Are you looking for something quick and easy to prepare at home? Do you travel? Or hike? Check box me off on all of those things.

I went to a buying show in Atlanta and packed a bunch of the sweet and savory bowls in my suitcase, as well as my always-with-me portable silicone bowl with lid, and just had to add water. This time, I stayed away from impulse eats, which are all too readily available, far more than I have in the past. I've decided this is the perfect meal solution to bring hiking with me and on overnighters. Just add water and voila! Good stuff. Thank you!
