I had my first week of LeafSide (recommended by my sister). I have made four of the "Meal-Mod" recipes so far. The Twisted Lime Soup, the Wild Berry Smoothie Bowl, the Spiced Pumpkin Pie Smoothie, and Drizzled Balsamic Stuffed Portabellos. Each meal makes so much food this way! My family eats some as well, and there are still leftovers; no one goes hungry! Such a great way to start a plant-based diet.

LeafSide's healthy, balanced, whole food plant-based, prepared meals are INCREDIBLY INEXPENSIVE. They save me time and money, AND I can take them on the road where I usually only find chain restaurants that are terrible for your health. Also, I weigh 190 lbs and CAN EAT, but these meals are so full of fiber that I have to save half for later, so half the cost of a full meal. This is a deal and it’s amazing!

I love all the LeafSide meals, especially the Sweet-Bowls, I refer to as breakfast! I have been eating plant-based for the last two years, and it has done a great deal to improve my extreme pain from Epstein-Barr, I can now walk again. Thank you for all you do!

Go LeafSide! Thank you so much for helping this whole food plant-based marathoner complete my Boston Marathon #9 and Marathon #62. Just before Boston, I ran the Tokyo Marathon and the San Diego Half Marathon—my half marathon #84. With 4 marathons in 7 weeks, I need that whole food plant nutrition for speedy recovery. When I’m not preparing delicious meals from Dr. Greger’s How Not to Die cookbook, I’m grateful for LeafSide's wonderfully nutritious meals. I just tried my first meal, Smoky Pea Soup, yesterday. It was good, not at all watery, which I was afraid it would be.
As someone who struggles with poor sleep, I was able to sleep seven hours in a row last night. If this miracle is due to your food, I’m hooked. 😁
After reading Dr. Michael Greger’s book “How Not To Die,” I worked hard to try to get the Daily Dozen in my daily routine on my own.
But I find LeafSide way easier and delicious. 😋✅
Whole food [unprocessed] plant-based foods work for my body in so many ways: eat all I want, no counting calories. All my lipids are in good shape (total cholesterol <150, HDL 40-90, LDL<80, Triglycerides <150, fasting glucose 60-100, heart calcium score test = 0), and no more visits to the hospital for kidney stones or gout! 💪❤️
