The LeafSide meals have been a godsend. I've been struggling with anemia (B vitamins) for about a year. These are the first meals that have begun restoring my energy levels. I've been struggling with hyper-reactive skin breaking out since my mid-20s and for the first time in almost 25 years have had it calm down. All the sweet bowls tasted great and gave me energy. I'm happy to have found these meals and have been recommending them to friends and family.

I've been eating LeafSide for around a year and attempted to recreate these meals myself. I am a great cook and have been a vegan for years, but I could not recreate the abundant ingredients in each pack for the value that LeafSide offers.
I was spending an insane amount of time and money at the store picking up ingredients, as well as the time I had to spend preparing the recipes. In a matter of a week and a half of eating 2 LeafSide meals a day, my skin is back to looking clear and fresh, my gut health is in its prime condition, and my energy has skyrocketed.
One thing is for sure, I will never be caught without LeafSide again! The subscription model gives me one less thing to worry about and the nutritious meals just show up at my doorstep. Hi LeafSide, I appreciate everything you do for me. ๐ I'm especially appreciative that you let me know a couple days in advance that my order is coming up. It lets me decide if I need the next order immediately or not. My current pattern is to go through one order about every two months, and I'm glad you let me know so I don't overwhelm my kitchen with packets.
I'm also especially appreciative of the recipes you send along, and how each smoothie I make provides at least one meal, and often two.
Since I started my program of dietary improvements, which has included your products, my energy has improved, my focus has improved, and I've lost weight! ๐

It has normalized his thyroid, he can have full sun exposure without burning, he no longer snores and sleep apnea is gone!

My hubby and I have been plant based for almost 10 years. Weโre both in our mid 50โs. When we started, there werenโt a lot of vegan โfast foodโ options or โjunk foodโ. Gradually, almost without thinking, weโve replaced a lot of our food with very crummy food - vegan, yes. Whole food? Nope. So weโve gained some weight, and, more importantly, our cholesterol has gone up and our blood has changed for the worse. Then, miraculously, our doctor recommends LeafSide. Btw: we live and travel full time on a boat so getting wfpb has been an issue anyway!

I love these meals! I have a busy schedule and these meals not only give me the nutrition I need as a plant based athlete, but also free up a lot of time in meal prep. I am an ultra distance cyclist and I have a huge race in June 2020 called the Race Across the West. It is a 930 mile race with a 3-1/2 day time limit. It starts in Oceanside CA, through Arizona, Utah and finishing in Durango, CO. It is one of the toughest ultra races in the world.
I am using the race as a fundraiser for Feeding America and to use it to bring awareness of proper nutrition through whole food plant based diet. I am a two-time cancer survivor and was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis about 7 years ago. At the time of my RA diagnosis, I ate a lot of fast food, and processed food.
It was taking a lot of medications to control inflammation and other chronic medical conditions. I transitioned to a whole food plant based diet 6 years ago and my whole life has changed! I am completely off all medications and now doing ultra distance cycling races of 400 plus miles.
One of the things I love so much about LeafSide meals is that I can take them with me on the road and use them to fuel me before, during and after the races when I am not at home. I am insured that I will have good 100 percent plant-based meals when I travel. I love your meals!!!

Great Meals!
Wholesome, nutritious, super delicious, convenient to travel, and to store. I was hesitant at the beginning because of the price. I am about to start my third month supply, and so far it is worth the investment.
I have autoimmune disease, and these alternatives are so healthy and practical!
I tend to lack nutrition when trying to eat healthy. With LeafSide I donโt have to sweat for ingredients, recipes, time to cookโฆ.Every pouch is a whole dinner, a whole meal! Each pouch has most of the recommended daily dozen.
These meals are yummy, all of those that I have tried.
See how much you pay for organic ingredients, going to the market , take out, Olive Garden, or MacDonaldโs, or Starbucks coffee with donut, and it will be always more than a LeafSide meal costs. Add rice to a soup or a bowl, and you have two dinners!
I have less stress about what I eat that could be inconvenient for my condition.
LeafSide is taking that stress away. Very satisfied! ๐๐ผ๐๐

My mom had a mild heart attack in January.
When they put the IV in her hand it made her hand swell up so she couldn't cook and stir. She was having a hard time cooking - LeafSide saved the day on two accounts.

After over a year, I lost 30lbs and reduced my cholesterol by simply by eating LeafSide Meals or oatmeal for breakfast.
Before I tried LeafSide I was a border line diabetic with high cholesterol and stage 2 fatty liver disease.
The LeafSide meals taste Amazing!!
I spent $350 and it lasted a month and a half. Think about it for a min.... How much do You spend a month on groceries?
This is a nutritionally dense meal that you don't need to add ANYTHING to it but hot water ๐
It's So Complete and Easy and it Actually Tastes GOOD.
The other thing is it's also Really Filling!! I used to be able to eat a whole pizza by my self (seriously) but 1 of these will fill me up. My first order lasted me a month and a half because there were times I could only eat half of it because I felt full. I am not kidding!!
I just placed another order and I am excited and checking every day for the tracking #! Plus, my Grandkids love the smoothies.
The Customer Service is great also. I called with for help skipping a month last year and they really helped with everything.

My first smoothie and savory bowl were just amazing. The ingredients are outstanding, I was just blown away by the blend of superfoods, (the B12!!) and the flavor.
I am committed to and knowledgeable about food and good health practices but not always able to pull it together the way you have - I am relieved and enthusiastic to have these meals ready to go without refrigeration and time consuming preparation.
The times I feel like cooking I know I can make it great, but in between it feels so good to know I can stay on plan.
When I got the box I immediately called my daughter to come over and see, we split one of the smoothies, and later one of the bowls - added a few ingredients, and had a filling and complete meal for 2. She is a high level performance athlete, and planet warrior - and she was sold!
I for one will stick with LeafSide because they are the answer to my food plan prayers - I have autoimmune disease and have researched every plan on the market - finding LeafSide allows me to maintain my health on my budget and with my busy lifestyle.

My weekly average daily glucose has gone down from 144 to 118 already. Itโs taken away temptations to slip when nothing is prepared.

I've been coming back from several health problems. Obesity was one problem but I also had 2 stokes in June 2021, constipation, no energy and had to use a cane to walk.

I enjoy LeafSide meals daily. My cholesterol is looking great and my bloodwork improved a ton!
Nine months after starting LeafSide and eating a lot of salads, my cholesterol and A1C plummeted.
LeafSide meals are EXCELLENT! I really have a good rhythm with both breakfast bowls and lunch bowls.
I am able to use half the meal during the day, and reduce calories, yet get the high nutrient content.....they are delicious and I love that they store well in the fridge and taste great even after I re-heat.

A few weeks in and I just made a second order!
Really enjoying the convenience of these meals, and Iโve lost a couple of pounds. Very cost-effective compared to what I was losing throwing away produce I never had time or energy to cook.

The LeafSide meals are part of my plan to save my sanity while eating healthily, and reducing our weight & cholesterol. โ Cooking vegan from scratch is very time consuming!
These are definitely at least two meals per packet, even more based on some of the Meal-Mod ideas and extensions included on the LeafSide website. So far my husband can't tell that I've been extending the LeafSide meals, and so far he hasn't been able to tell or hasn't seemed to care that they are vegan or vegetarian, THEY ARE THAT TASTY! ๐ I can see stretching the meals further by adding grains & veggies or protein. We do add some seasoning of our own. We have mostly tried the savory menu.
I'm also adding the savings of no shopping, schlepping, slicing, dicing, or planning. My brain is fried & I'm tired of it all. This plan is a lifesaver. ๐ I might start cooking, again, and I might not. For now, LeafSide will be filling in the gaps.

We are on our first batch and have enjoyed them ALL! We got two smoothies this time, and they sure came in handy when I had to run to dog training quickly. I threw it in the Nutri-bullet, and off I ran!
I use one savory bowl for two lunches for hubby, over a grain or potatoes. Hubby loves it, and I love no prep. I put two savory bowls over the potatoes/grains for four lunches, then add some frozen veggies, and he is a happy camper. It takes about 15 minutes to do it all!

Love love love LeafSide! ๐ I was tickled to open my first box and see that the meals were indeed real food. I ordered the meals I thought I would like and so far I am loving them.
I eat WFPB, but struggle because my family still wants omni meals. I was cooking so much that I was getting burned out and started eating vegan junk food. I could tell I was putting on weight.
Now, I am so thankful for these meals and the way they give me my Daily Dozen on days when I don't want to cook. Since going WFPB, my fibromyalgia and trigeminal neuralgia have gone into remission, I have zero chronic pain so the lifestyle is very important to maintain! โ
The LeafSide products help by giving me variety and convenience. I can eat the meal itself or add to it and stretch the meal. I stretch the Broccoli Cashew Alfredo Savory-Bowl with more vegetables and whole grain pasta because I love it so much that I want to eat it for lunch and dinner! If you are debating whether to order or not, I would say go for it!

I've been eating LeafSide for at least 6 months.
I realize some may be thinking,"can't you just microwave something or go buy a cup of noodles or those dried soups for a fraction of the cost?"
I get it, but if you read the LeafSide meals' ingredients, they're incredibly high quality. ๐ฟ
I've actually tried going to the store to recreate the taste of LeafSide meals, but have been unsuccessful.
You can get two small meals out of one if you're looking to stretch how long your meals last.
I bring LeafSide meals to work and store them in plastic Tupperware with a lid. I use boiling water, cover for ten minutes, and it's ready.
Give them a try! My favorites are the Broccoli Cashew Alfredo Savory-Bowl and the Apple Cinnamon Crunch Sweet-Bowl. They're delicious! ๐

These LeafSide meals are seriously life changing!! ๐
I travel very often for my job and eating WFPB can be challenging in airports and at hotel rooms without a kitchen (or the time to go to the store and try to cook with a microwave). ๐ผ๐
The price per meal really isnโt bad when you consider how much healthier this is compared to food delivery. Iโm hooked!! ๐
The Berry Medley Sweet-Bowl is a delicious, oatmeal breakfast! ๐๐๐ฅฃ In the airport, I was starving and packed my travel bowl and one meal in my carry-on, went to a coffee shop and asked for hot water (free) and made it right there in the airport! I poured the hot water in the bowl, added the meal, stirred and let sit for 7-10 minutes. BAM! Meal ready. ๐ฅ (Side note - The Starbucks grande cup is about 2 cups of water!) The oatmeal bowl is enough for two people. ๐ฅ
Also, I contacted the company and asked if I could get my meals earlier due to a last minute work trip that was booked. They suggested to order the meals 1-1.5 weeks before you need it. I ordered and needed my meals within 5 days. I asked if I could pay for expedited shipping and customer service looked into it for me. They said it was a nominal fee, and I got my meals 1 day before I flew out!! ๐ฆโ๏ธ
I am SO impressed with their customer service. Very quick to respond, professional, and took care of me! Iโm sold on LeafSide! ๐ฏ๐

I placed my 3rd order last week for 37 meals. Iโve lost 5 lbs in 2.2 weeks. Iโve also exercised in addition to the LeafSide meals.
The meals arenโt necessarily low in calories, but at least I can track my nutritional intake (which is stellar with all the good stuff in these meals) and portion size, and they definitely keep me full for a long time.
They โburn cleanโ as my husband would say.
He never minds splitting one with me because he likes them, too.
We recently had the Madras Curry Savory-Bowl over brown rice (I added spinach and mushrooms) and the Loaded Tex-Mex Burrito Meal-Mod and he loved them!

We're getting through our first LeafSide box. We don't feel as hungry as we used to, and we have more energy, no bloating, and weโre losing weight. ๐ The meals are packed with all kinds of nutrients.
Sometimes we first do things like saute extra veggies (fresh or frozen), potatoes, onions, etc., and one LeafSide meal turns into two. It also thickens it up, and adds more texture. We love experimenting that way. And very easy on time, money and dishes! โ Definitely will order again.

LeafSide is great. It's actually helped me satisfy cravings when I'm in that grab and go mode. Are you looking for something quick and easy to prepare at home? Do you travel? Or hike? Check box me off on all of those things.
I went to a buying show in Atlanta and packed a bunch of the sweet and savory bowls in my suitcase, as well as my always-with-me portable silicone bowl with lid, and just had to add water. This time, I stayed away from impulse eats, which are all too readily available, far more than I have in the past. I've decided this is the perfect meal solution to bring hiking with me and on overnighters. Just add water and voila! Good stuff. Thank you!

LeafSide is fantastic, this is like an answer to my prayers. Believe me. I cannot believe how great this stuff is.
I am so busy and it is so hard for me to eat healthy and I don't have time to make stuff. Just to have this really delicious food where all I have to do is add boiling water is too good to be true!
It is an investment for us and it is worthwhile. I am so enthusiastic about these meals. This is absolutely genius. I would have never believed you can make such healthy food that tastes so good, so easily!
We are not vegetarians but we are limiting meat. This is definately pushing us towards that. This is making it easier to go in that direction. It has really impressed me.
I feel like I'm gushing. When I ate this stuff I couldn't believe how good it was. When I made the meals and realized how filling and satisfying they were it was like wow! I am SUPER impressed!

Crystal's story (on LeafSide's website) is very inspiring, because I have some of the same issues.
I have many health issues: heart failure, high blood pressure, and diabetes worries. They run in my family and being African American, am more prone to this condition. I've also had a heart attack, and a bypass, and most recently a stroke! I struggle to be healthy: Here it is very hard to do a lot of prep or cooking. I'm familiar with vegetarian and vegan diet, I've always preferred veganism because cheese and milk makes me sick. I think I'm lactose sensitive plus I don't want to ingest food meant for baby cows. ๐ฎ And I've seen films about what happens to animals used for meat, it 's disgusting!
I'm living in an independent senior facility, but the food is very bad โ even the vegetarian options they offer are still full of cheese, fat, and salt, and too many desserts. I live in a small room with my own bathroom, a microwave, and fridge, but no kitchen โ which makes meal prep very difficult. And having to wash dishes in the bathroom is no fun.
So your food has been a godsend for me: Easy to prepare, tasty, and no animals harmed! ๐ I also need to watch my weight, especially being disabled and having to use a walker when I can, and a wheelchair. You don't want to be overweight trying to get around on these devices. They are already for me hard to use, It takes a lot of energy! And I am no spring chicken!!
I like the videos too with very helpful information on additional things you can add to the dishes and hints on prep. And things to use for prep!!

These meals are wonderful ! They are nutrient dense, filling, nutritious and easy to prepare. They are whole food, plant based, are delivered to your door, customizeable, and can easily feed two people with one meal.
I ordered nearly one of everything. Every smoothie, every bowl and every soup I have eaten has been delicious ! ๐
This company has literally done all the work for you. If you are trying to eat better and don't know where to start, please give them a try.
As a busy housewife and dog mom, these are a lifesaver for me.
I used to skip meals even when I was hungry because I didn't want to bother with another meal preparation and have to clean up.
With LeafSide, you just boil water, add to your meal, and stir. Wait 10 minutes and you have a wonderfully nutritious meal waiting for you. They have hit a home run ! I am so glad that someone out there started a company like this for those of us who are WHOLE food PLANT based in our diets and wanted easy meals that are clean and free of unhealthy, bad and questionable ingredients.

I admit, I don't like the taste of healthy food, but I find these so much better than anticipated (& much better than I make even following recipes).

I love love love LeafSide! I had surgery in August, and these meals were a lifesaver.
I took them to the hospital with me, and the nurses fell in love with them and wrote down all the information so they could order some themselves. Their schedules make eating healthy difficult.
If I see myself slipping in my diet (the holidays, ugh!), I grab a LeafSide and get right back with it. Itโs healthier than anything I could put together. And at my age, Iโm not inclined to make complicated recipes every day. Simplicity is so important to me!

I've been eating LeafSide meals for at least a year now.
I struggled with getting enough iron and all of the LeafSide meals are full of iron. I eat a Sweet-Bowl probably 5 days out of the week. I fully support this company and the ingredients they use! If you're looking for a no-brainer "reset" just order a box and in a week you'll feel like a new person!

We tried these two meals today from LeafSide and they were remarkably good. ๐
I was surprised, I didnโt expect them to be as well seasoned (read bold and good flavor). I always add a little chef magic to my food and these required none and I added very little (for those who know it was adding spicy/heat to the Sweet Potato Dal Soup).
These are #wholefoodplantbased dehydrated foods, high in protein and fiber also highlighted by Dr. Greger. As far as pre-made meals go they are quite inexpensive, and lightweight, making them great for travel and hiking (if a source of hot water is available).

I've been plant based for over thirty-three years and as a mom of three I made healthy homemade meals a priority. For years I spent at least three hours everyday in the kitchen making dinner and packing lunches.

LeafSide meals are easy & quick and I have the peace of mind knowing that I'm getting all the plant-strong nutrition that I need plus delicious taste.
I add some extra veggies like chopped red pepper, mushrooms, & tomatoes, and spinach. I usually add some extra soy curls too since one boosted packet makes 2 satisfying meals for me - my lunches.
I'm using some smoothies for light, early dinners in the summer. I follow Dr. Greger and it's comforting to know that he approves LeafSide's nutrient requirements.

I'm so excited for my camping trip this weekend and LeafSide has made it even better! As someone who is already salt and sugar free, I was worried about cooking too much, but LeafSide's meals have lifted a huge burden off of me.

I recently ordered LeafSide's SOS-free meals for a hiking trip, and I have to say that I was blown away by how delicious they were! I brought a portable tea kettle and ordered the suggested bowls for preparing the meals, which made everything super easy.
The meals are very filling and come in generous sizes, so my husband and I were able to split several of them. We didn't miss the salt at all! Plus, LeafSide saved us a ton of money because we didn't need to eat out.

I love LeafSide! I read Dr. Pai's book "Inflammation Nation" and decided to lower my inflammation by becoming vegan.
I am a terrible cook, hate the organizing and shopping and cooking and clean-up. My sister follows Dr. Greger and other vegetarian/vegan food aficionados online and sent me an email about LeafSide. I immediately connected to the quality claims. I am so pleased!
I use some of the meals as a topping on beans or rice or potatoes or bean noodles, then top it with Foragers sour cream, and voila - I have perfect meals! ๐

It seems that the use of miso is working for me! I have Meniere's Disease, which means that salty food can bring on vertigo and/or nausea.
After reading your explanation for using miso, and that it negates the effects of salt, I thought I'd try it first. I'm happy to report that it did not affect me like a true salty meal would! I have only had a few meals because I'm saving my order for our vacation coming up, but so far, so good! The food is really tasty, not spicy, but flavorful. I've found with another precooked plant based meal program, the food needs so much flavoring that I've added regular salt to it, then had a dizzy reaction.
Keep doing what you're doing, LeafSide! I like the food and how it makes me feel. Thank you.

๐ These meals went on a backpacking camping overnight adventure to the bottom of the Grand Canyon and my 18 yr old son said that they were perfect and filling! He took 6 meals down with him and his dad took 5.
๐ We aren't sure why they aren't advertised more for backpacking and for outdoor adventures because they are literally a super filling healthy option! Perfect traveling food too cuz' most hotels have a way to heat up water and there aren't always good plant-based options.

For health purposes, we drink a Green Grail Smoothie or Kale Krush Smoothie every single day.
Ball jars fit on Oster blenders, so it is super simple and easy to mix it up and drink it right out of the jar we blend it in!
We used to go to the store every few days to purchase fresh produce, I've been ordering LeafSide delivered to my door. That way I still get all my healthy veggies, but zero the effort.

I am loving my order! I have tried the Madras Curry Savory-Bowl and the Broccoli Cashew Alfredo Savory-Bowl. I added broccoli to both and had two meals from each packet. Highly recommend. Two thumbs up!

It seems LeafSide has an extra-helping mentality when it comes to serving sizes! ๐ The taste is also very impressive.

I look at the ingredients listed on the pack and add to it so it's enough for the family! For example, today, we had the Madras Curry Savory-Bowl. I added a can of chickpeas (garbanzos), and served it over brown rice with raisins and cashews sprinkled on top. Delicious!

I love the recipes that come with the LeafSide Meals. I created my own with the Tex-Mex Savory-Bowl:
Tex Mex Savory-Bowl Goulash
Ingredients:
1(one) small yellow onion (chopped)
2 (two) garlic cloves (minced)
1(one) 8oz. box of fresh mushrooms (diced)
1(one) 15 oz. can โNo salt Addedโ pinto beans (drained and rinsed)
1(one) 14 oz. can โNo salt Addedโ fire roasted tomatoes
1 tea. Cumin
ยฝ tbs. dried oregano
1 tea. Chipotle chili powder
ยฝ tea smoked paprika
1 tb. Bensonโs table tasty or other salt substitute (or 2 Tb lemon juice)
1 package Tex Mex Savory-Bowl
2 ยผ cups low sodium vegetable broth
1 โ 1 ยฝ cups frozen corn
1(one) box gluten free fusilli pasta or large elbow macaroni (I like quinoa pasta works best) Cooked separately according to directions.
ยผ cup Go Vegie Parmesan or other vegan parmesan
Instructions:
Cook Pasta Separately in another pot according to instructions, strain and set aside
In an 8 quart pot Add chopped onions and minced garlic to a large hot pot and Sautรฉ on medium heat till brown. Add a little broth if the onions stick to the bottom
Add diced mushrooms and add a splash of broth and put the lid on to let them cook down.
Stir in drained and rinsed pinto beans, Fire roasted tomatoes and spices
Add 2 cups of broth and stir in 1 pkg. TexMex savory bowl. Put lid on pot and let simmer 5-10 minutes
Add desired quantity of corn
Stir in the pasta to the mixture and add more broth as needed or to your taste
Stir in ยผ c of vegan parmesan.
Serve and sprinkle more parmesan on top if desired.
